It's Bermuda overseeded with rye.
Zoysia is what you will find in residential/commercial landscapes. Very thick/dense turfgrass. Looks really nice though. There are some cultivars of zoysia that are finer and can be mistaken for Bermuda

I know you and the next LSU poster are trying to be clever, but I think to most (including most LSU fans) you two are just coming across as stupid here. Nobody disputes LSU's dominance at baseball except perpetually unhappy LSU fans. I'm not a huge baseball fan but what I do like about this site with baseball as opposed to football is the civility. Have some fun, enjoy the season. Just a suggestion.
