You are probably correct.

So yes, Ole Miss does have some sidewalkers.

Of course we have sidewalkers and most are great. Parents, spouses and situations like yours.

We do not have the plague that is Alabama or LSU.

Alabama's fan base is annoying because of the large amount of sidewalkers, the alums are pretty good people.

LSU is just annoying all around

Why do people look for this thing that makes them bigger fans than the other? I mean it doesnt make sense that just because you were enrolled into the school at one point that you somehow have stronger sentimental value with your team then the next. I think yall are just full of shite and looking for reasons to make yourself seem like your more than the average fan. You dont have to attend the school to love it. Quit your elitist b.s. To put it out there i will be attending LSU next fall. But still the whole sidewalk term doesnt make a lot of sense and isnt really used by "normal" people.

I was told an Auburn fella would be the first to fight it. Your entitled to your opinion but born and raised in Baton Rouge, dad played ball for LSU, families in top 150 at TAF, enrolled for next fall, but

I will admit, I am annoyed by people that were born and raised in MS and yet they cheer for LSU or Bama. I mean, if they went there fine, or maybe if their parents went there, but otherwise, yes they annoy me.

You're not a sidewalk fan so I'm not really sure why you're trying to claim it?

what kind of idiot would choose to attend a school based on their fandom of the schools athletics?

Thank you. I'm a Louisiana Native... I liked LSU before I attended Mizzou. Mizzou was the best choice if I'm going to live in Missouri. I actually have a Mizzou decal in the window, no LSU stuff on car even though I'm a member of TAF and have LSU TAF decal.

I promise you there's more hardcore Mizzou fans than me and they didn't attend Mizzou, they know more about Mizzou, go to the games, etc. All I did was pay tuition to Mizzou. It's not like I couldn't get into LSU, Mizzou is harder to get into.

EAT: I do actually cheer for Mizzou over LSU when they play each other.

Without side walkers there are no 100k seat stadiums or indoor practice facilities...etc, etc, etc.

Sidewalkers - Ole Miss does not have this plague.

I know you jest-but we do have them, they're just not as abundant as other SEC schools, as the clanging cowbell, "Tigah Bate!" and "Row Todd!", seem to be the Harpy's siren song for a lot uneducated persons who make poor choices in life. Ours are of a higher caliber.

I welcome Ole Miss's non-attendee fans with open arms. Come-buy OM merchandise, plaster your cars with OM stickers and devices, and fill up OM's venues. Your are welcome in my Grove tent on any given autumn Saturday.

You know how I know that you have never met me and I bet have never been to our campus for a football game?
