Now he's trying to go full retard and says Grant is one of the finest men he's ever met and would love to have him on his staff.

Donovan acted similar about Pel's firing, mean while Arkansas gets back to the tournament and appears to again be a mainstay while Billy searches for NIT eligibility next year.

Yes, Frank Martin is special. He takes a job in Columbia and ruins not one, but two programs, USC and Kansas State, at the same time.

Must have missed the part where Martin was USC's coach from 2009-12.

Billy D has said similar things before. You think Billy D has gone full retard?

So glad we got our hiring done early. UT, Bama, and Texas about to have a slap fight for Smart and Marshall.

Billy D is coming off a Final Four season last year. When was the last time Arky did that?

Two of those aren't like the others. Alabama and Texas have loads of cash to spend.

This morning, the Texas AD's office said Patterson (Texas AD) spoke to Barnes and told him he needs to see changes on Barnes's staff. Barnes is safe at Texas for another year.

So UT release a statement and they are firing him because he's being held responsible for recruiting violations at his previous job. Does this get them out of his buyout? I would assume it does.

It SOUNDS good...but NAH, Not at all

But here's a tip for Tennessee fans:

If you make a real run at Rick Barnes...you MAY be able to get him.

Or try to beat Arizona state to Josh Pastner

"Killdeer (type of bird) will frequently use a distraction display ("broken-wing act") to distract predators from their nests. This involves the bird walking away from its nesting area holding its wing in a position that simulates an injury and then flapping around on the ground emitting a distress call. The predators then think they have easy prey and are attracted to this seemingly injured bird and away from the nest. If the parent sees that a potential predator is not following them, they will move closer and get louder until they get the attention of the predator. This is repeated until the predator is far from the nest, and the killdeer suddenly "heals" and flies away."[14][16]
