18 unless both parties are the same age (give or take a year minimum age being 16) and of sound mind.

Well a 16 year old female is sexually mature. Let's say KSG decides to tap that. Creepy? No question. Sleazy? You bet. But not perverted, not violent, not really dangerous. She's sexually mature. He may not have even known. Reprimand him, but does he really need to be removed from society? Does he really need to be lumped in, as far as reputation and in some states penalty, with something far more evil, a child molester

Seriously? You must not have kids. The body is ready long before the emotional and mental part of you is ready. Just cause you can get a boner does not mean you are prepared to use it and the consequences from it.
Consent should be 17 as far as Im concerned.

That's a good one. It used to be "grass on the field play ball" but I guess the Great Brazilian Movement of 2005 changed that.

Pretty much what I think. If they went to school together, say HS senior and HS freshman or sophomore and they had a legit relationship then let them do as they please from a legal standpoint dealing with sex.
