Well if that's a security/anti-theft device (as it appears) it does imply that those who would be interested in Just For Men (Mustache and Beard) that's marketed toward black males needs more security to prevent theft. I'd say it looks pretty prejudiced.
However, context matters in judging whether or not something is racist, prejudiced, and/or bigoted and a photo alone doesn't give that context.
