The field goal kickers worked on trying to kick the ball through the uprights. Several times water bottles were passed around. The players drank from these receptacles in an effort to hydrate their bodies. There were orange cones everywhere. Please follow me on twitter.

My contribution: Quarterbacks were receiving the football from one of the linemen. The quarterbacks then tossed the ball to another player on the offense. But sometimes the football was caught by a player on the defense.

if ya do not have time to watch the interviews, this will sum it up:

Faton Batau - "forget about it"
Jacob Park - mumble mumble
Brice Ramsey - complaint complaint

J-Park is running away with this thing. Ramsey and the dude from the Bronx have the fear. You can see it.

What's Ramsey's gripe?

So Brice will be with the ones during the scrimmage on Saturday. And I guess richt will have closed practice and just read the stats from a piece of paper and we will look into it too much

From the limited stuff coming out, it sounds like that plan went out the window. Or maybe it was always a smokescreen..and Richt was just trying to keep people from being nervous about the transition.

Ramsey doesn't sound like a leader to me. He sounds lazy.

have you ever met him?

I have...dude is far from lazy and is a very good leader...I know I have been bias to a fault about him on here, but after watching the interviews, Park sounds like a thug and not very intelligent...BR had a relationship that he did not speak about in in that interview with Bobo....even after being prompted to do so...(keeps it professional)..CMB was the one who recruited him, offered him, trained him, mentored him...obviously the guy is trying to stay positive about his situation but I'm sure he is struggling with the transition of OC's on a personal level...not just on the field...he will be just fine...his work ethic is very stout...he went above and beyond here in Camden and has continued to do so since he has been in Athens...why do you think he was the #2 guy last year?...

Yeah, your bias is just a little obvious. To me, Park sounds very smart, because I've looked at his quotes and actually listened to what he says instead of how he says it. Ramsey may win the job, but it won't be because Park isn't smart enough or because of the way his voice sounds.

Here's what Trent Dilfer said after evaluating Park at the elite 11 competition

quote:

“He is immensely talented, really bright. Once it’s explained to him, he sees it. He takes in information really well.

I can't pretend to be qualified to know which should be starting but Park wasn't going to be the #2 last year while redshirting. It was basically Ramsey vs Bauta for #2.

Fan-boys are like women. They don't bother themselves with logic or reason. Their arguments are based first and foremost on emotion.

Look. Ramsey went to a high school near this guy, therefore.......he's the greatest!!

I still think Ramsey is the most likely to win the job. I'm ok with whatever though as long as whoever wins the job plays well.

Agree. Dude is actually pretty intelligent.

And if all other things are tied between Park and Ramsey in the end......I would give the job to J-Park because of this.

I'm not as worried about qb as most people, because for the first time in a long while we have three guys who possess the physical attributes to be a good SEC quarterback. It'll come down to who can run the offense and handle the pressure best.
