UGA released a bunch of pics on facebook. All that Park were in seemed to have him running with the 1s. Couldn't tell who Ramsey was running with

What's the point of allowing media to observe portions of spring practice if they don't write anything about it?
This coverage of spring practice sucks..
We should take things into our own hands and send someone from GSB to obtain media credentials, so they can report intel directly to the board.....

I REALLY LIKED THE RED & BLACK'S PRACTICE REPORT
quote:
The offensive linemen worked on their blocking skills. One lineman would hold a pad while another lined up in front of him. The lineman not holding the pad would run into the one holding the pad. The goal was for the lineman holding the pad not to allow the other to get past him. Every quarterback participated in passing drills. They threw to the wide receivers, who were running various routes.

If you want to hide something new that you are incorporating into your game plan, do it in front of media during a saturday practice.....
It's like it never existed.

First new OC in many years.....and first legit QB battle in many years......
But, other than a few fluff pieces, there is nothing of substance on these subjects from the media.
Pathetic.

I have to agree. A few writers that cover the Dawgs are freelance. Maybe we could invite one or two in to give us some much needed info.

The field goal kickers worked on trying to kick the ball through the uprights. Several times water bottles were passed around. The players drank from these receptacles in an effort to hydrate their bodies. There were orange cones everywhere. Please follow me on twitter.

Pepper those sentences with a few platitudes and finish each one with "in the NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE" and you can get a studio show on ESPN.

Brian Schottenheimer, was rather serene as he ran his practice as Georgia's offensive coordinator, at least during the media viewing period, and at least compared to his predecessor. Mike Bobo was known for his high-energy, non-stop approach to practice, stomping around and yelling, whether it was to scold or praise.
Schottenheimer, on the other hand, seems to spend more time quietly observing, squatting on the ground and looking at his play sheet. Of course that might have a lot to do with getting acquainted with his new team.

Georgia’s outside linebackers ran blocking drills, in which one player tried to hold his position while pushing oncoming players off of him. The defensive linemen practiced pass rushing. They lined up and ran past tackle dummies and strafed at the last one, trying to enhance their fumble-causing abilities. On the opposite side of the field, the inside linebackers practiced their striking technique by running into tackle dummies.
