Yeah that's done.

I updated the OP with the Non-Conference Schedule through 2023.

Bunch of thugs. The end of their bowl game was horrible.

Nice

When they came to Oxford in 2011, they were all incredibly nice. We convinced one guy to take a jello shot with us and then profusely apologized for sending him to hell

I exercised my googlefu and found a replay of the 2001 ref job. Haven't had a chance to watch it yet.

Edit: Prepare yourself for Kevin Fant. Dear lord.. how far we have come.

Kevin Fant was a fricking legend at Moss Point. Quite possibly the greatest QB recruit that we have signed to date at Mississippi State.

Dear lord what a bust.

It's getting better, but I still wouldn't sign a QB from Mississippi. They just don't get enough development and you can pretty much count on them being busts.

Obviously that's excluding the occasional outlier like Favre or McNair.

To be fair...the o-line's he had were just atrocious. That guy took some beatings.

I think Mullen could have done a lot with Omarr Conner.

Absolutely, but he had some issues with his head being 100% in the game too.

Omarr Conner would have been Chris Relf on steroids in Mullen's offense.

Juwan Adams could be the guy this year.

PASS

Give me Sawyer Smith, he looks like a Johnny Football clone and could be deadly in our offense.

Everyone loves Sawyer Smith and I would be ok with that, but I don't think he looks outstanding or anything.

Juwan Adams is a Dak clone.

Kid's arm isnt very strong. Plus the sheer fact that he plays QB in Mississippi. He's just an good athlete playing QB no different than J-Mar Smith last year, or Anthony Alford, Jeremey Liggins, or Jimmy Johns years ago. Its what MS HS coaches do, it helps them win a lot of games but the kids playing QB usually aren't a good fit to play QB in the SEC.

What in your opinion sets Adams apart from Smith other than he reminds you of Dak?

Dak's arm wasn't super strong during high school either.

I understand why people say this because a ton of them don't pan out, but what Mississippi QB's have played for Mullen and at least not turned out to be serviceable? I mean he worked wonders with Tyson Lee. The ceiling doesn't get much lower than that.

No doubt about it, I agree with that for a lot of players.

I love his frame and running style. You can coach a kid up to throw better, it's hard to build that type of frame that can handle the workload we put on our QB's. Mullen can mold him into a more than capable passer.

I just watch his high school film and Dak's high school film and they are definitely similar. I worry about recruiting these smallish QB's. There is no doubt that Woodtee? is talented, and several others that we are recruiting, I would just rather go with a better frame and running ability and teach them to throw. Granted if he's not very intelligent that definitely hampers the ability to progress, but that is hard to see from a fan perspective without meeting or talking with a kid.
