Arky better show up ready to play tonight. Wofford Can shoot the 3 well and beat N.C. State on the road. This might be the famous 5/12 upset you have every year with the brackets.

Enh I think if we come out and play our game then we win pulling away. On the other hand, Wofford is a dangerous little team if you overlook them. If that is the case then all bets are off.

We are where I expected us to be this season. All I wanted this season was to be good enough to be a lock in the NCAA and not having to win a couple games in the SEC tourny to get there. I'm not expecting us to win it all so everything from here on out is gravy. solid season to build on for next year. We have improved every year since Anderson came here, you can't ask for much more unless you expect overnight success.

Would love to see this happen just to watch the arky meltdown, I don't think it will. The next round I see them losing though.

I don't think we actually melt all that hard on here. We're battle hardened. Its the anti-melting that goes on around us providing most of the entertainment.

Wofford is tiny and will have trouble rebounding and guarding Portis. He gets a lot of his points from offensive rebounds and putbacks. Wofford's biggest starter is 6'6" and their leading rebounder is 6'1".

This is also the strongest 5 seed against the weakest 12 seed, so it's not a good pick for the 5/12 upset. SFA over Utah or Buffalo over WVA are better upset picks.

If we don't come out half asleep and planning for our next round game before this one even starts we win going away down the stretch. Wofford isn't a bad team at all, but they do not match up very well against us.

All of this. I picked SFA over Utah. This just isn't a good matchup for Wofford.

With a guard heavy lineup that can shoot the 3 well, they should be both less susceptible to the press and able to put a lot of points on the board.

The press won't matter if they can't stop Portis/Qualls. They don't have anyone to match up to either.

Sometimes smaller, quicker players can really bother bigs. If the game is called close, I can easily see Portis and Qualls picking up some cheap fouls trying to defend someone who is basically a guard.

Exactly, I'd be more concerned playing SFA.
