I truly think it might be the great unifier.

Discuss.

I don't know man, black guys give me a weird look when I try to high five them when the song comes on. But no question it is one of the best songs in years.

It is the greatest cause of white people dancing in a decade. No doubt. Bruno Mars and Ronson did in 5 minutes what Obama couldn't in 6+ years.

Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder- Ebony and Ivory

quote:

Ebony and ivory live together in perfect harmony
Side by side on my piano keyboard, oh Lord, why don't we?

We all know that people are the same where ever we go
There is good and bad in ev'ryone,
We learn to live, we learn to give
Each other what we need to survive together alive.

Ebony and ivory live together in perfect harmony
Side by side on my piano keyboard, oh lord why don't we?

Ebony, ivory living in perfect harmony
Ebony, ivory, ooh

We all know that people are the same where ever we go
There is good and bad in ev'ryone,
We learn to live, we learn to give
Each other what we need to survive together alive.

Ebony and ivory live together in perfect harmony
Side by side on my piano keyboard, oh lord why don't we?

Ebony, ivory living in perfect harmony (repeat and fade)

I agree, I'm not a fan of pop or whatever you call his style and I never really thought I liked him but that Super Bowl performance of his really changed my view of him. Dude is a showman and a great musician.

It's sounds just like funk music recorded 30 years ago, so we should've reached complete harmony by now

If that's the case, Morris Day and the Times really missed their chance to change the world

I don't listen to too much of today's music, but Bruno is a pretty talented guy, and that's a damn good song.

I just had flashbacks to the 80's. It feels like Eddie Murphy should have been in that video. I'm glad he wasn't.

Was that a Jay and Silent Bob reference? Nice.
