Do you think the SEC is poised to make noise in the tournament this year and gain a lot of respect for next season?

Well I think the SEC is already getting respect...just by putting in 5 teams and one not named UF who has run the conference the past few years with UK and also not UT who was in the sweet 16 last season.

Yea. I'm sure people will totally believe in SEC after being down 17 in an 11-seed game and coming back based on foul trouble.....

SEC teams usually make decent runs when they make it in. It's going to take the teams that are missing the tournament by a mile to make some improvements to really gain some respect unfortunately.

I still don't think we're a good conference aside from Kentucky, but I could see all five teams winning a couple games. UGA will have more trouble with Michigan State than they would with UVA.

Kentucky gave up 90 to Indiana in the NCAA tournament in 2012. So....yeah.

No argument here. We have 1 3* and a bunch of nobody's. Too bad our coach can't recruit. I have no problem being ousted by an Izzo team in March that lost to Wisky in OT.
But our shitty team didn't have to play-in and pretty sure we did somewhat decent vs OM this year.
