This is a smart move. Travelle is an 11 year Pro Veteran. He knows exactly what it takes to be an NFL OL. As a former Gamecock, you know he's invested to help the team succeed. Also, we're adding more QC's to the staff. This is a brilliant move, I hope everything falls into place.

I remember when Guge and Lou were recruiting him and he was so poor when we would call we would have to call his "aunty's" house and she would have to walk down the dirt road and get him to come up to her house to take the call.

Lou actually got lost going there.

Travelle was so quiet back then. I ran into him not too long ago and he has definitely come-out of his shell ... and he's not poor anymore.

It's been ten years, a little more actually, since Cro Coursin was killed in a freak accident. I ran into Marty Woolbright at a BBQ not to long ago as well and we were talking about it because I talked to both Roger and Marty the next day ... we couldn't believe Cro was gone.

There used to be this bar on Rosewood, Dundee's/Copper Door depending on when you were there ... long time ago. I bounced there for awhile in graduate school. Cro had bought a house out in Whitehall near Coach McGuire's house, nary a stick of furniture inside ... he would ride his Harley all the way from Irmo to Rosewood Drive and party hard, I mean hard ... a total wild man. Another guy bounced with us, Lumpy Penny - he and Steve were on the OLIne together. Talk about some rough nights - that was almost forty years ago.

Damn, I am getting old. I'm feeling it these days too.
