Disagree with this part. He does need a seam though. Some of his best runs as a freshman were right up the gut. He doesn't really create his own crease, but when one is there he hits it about as fast as possible and it's usually 6.

I can agree with that. I suppose I was just trying to say he isn't a feature back. Hes great out of the backfield and you are right, if there is a seam, he hits it quickly. If there isn't, he goes down on first contact way too often.

My only issue with Marshall is that he goes down very easy when tackled. I'm not asking him to be a brusier, it's not his style but with his weight he shouldn't going down like he is Carlton Thomas.

At best, Keith Marshall is our third string RB and that's judging solely by his freshman year. He could start in the slot. He was also tentative last year. I'd rather him be tentative seven yards downfield as opposed to three yards behind the LOS.

Closed practice today, though UGA has put up some pics on Facebook. Of note is that park was running with the 1s in the pics and Dominick sanders was returning punts

Looks like Wynn was running with the ones too. We need a center to step up badly. Boss was a true leader for that offense and he's gonna be tough to replace

Yep at center but that don't mean a whole lot. I'm ready for gday to see how this offense is progressing

Wynn has a ton of talent and is a big man. If he can get the playbook and the mechanics of snapping down, he could be All-SEC at center before he's done.

Unless it becomes an everyday occurrence, I'm not putting much weight on which quarterback is lined up with the ones in the spring. I think the coaches were being somewhat honest that they don't have a first team qb right now.

Yeah you are right they don't have a favorite yet but it will be interesting to see who runs with the ones in gday game. I wonder if all three or at least two will get a chance to play with the ones. It seemed like last year they switched QBs around

I can't envision Georgia having a G Day with one guy with the ones this year. Either they'll rotate Park and Ramsey or they'll do the whole drafting of the red and black teams so it's a mix of 1s and 2s for both sides.

They typically switch the quarterbacks around during G'day game. I think the last time I remember one person only running completely with the 1s was Stafford and only 1 year.

I hope they do the drafting of players for the two teams. I like that concept
