@LoganMBooker: Nick Chubb looks impressive, as always, #UGA RB but A.J. Turman looked downright powerful at spring practice. The rich may be richer.

Let the Turman hype train begin

I don't think anyone has ever doubted that he's good, but if he's carrying it means chubb/sony/keith aren't.

Turman's finally healthy. Him and Chubb are going to gas defenses even worse than last year

Lest anyone forget, Sony was ahead of Chubb on the depth chart before he got hurt.

Somebofy just texted me saying Marshall looked really really good. Like Chubb is second string good. Said that's what the players are saying. I don't believe it for a second. But..... Anyone got any info?

Come on now, you watched Marshall run last year compared to Chubb. Not for a second will I believe that he will beat out nick for first string. I think he's going to have a great season but give him time and let him get more than one spring practice under his belt. Better yet let's put on pads first

Okay...this is heresy...but I never thought Marshall was all that great...even when healthy. He had great jets but didn't have the uncanny vision of an elite back or the ability to stay on his feet like Chubb.

Until I see otherwise, I think it's Chubb, Michel, Turman...and then Marshall.

If Ganus can outrun Lorenzo, he's faster than either of our starting ILB'ers in 2014. More importantly, how good is his lateral motion. If Ganus can give us quality snaps next year, it'll be worth the scholarship we lose in 2016.

Your somebody is of questionable football intelligence. Anyone who says any player looked definitively better than any other player on the first day in shorts and helmets is just trying to stir the pot.

Wake me up when Marshall EVER breaks a tackle.

Turman may be good but, its impossible to tell how powerful someone is if they aren't hitting anyone or anything.

Someone PLEASE stop all of the folks who keep bringing up the "you know, Sony was ahead of Chubb on the depth chart before he got hurt"...has anyone here stopped to think that a large part of that may have been that at the time they didn't expect to have to rely on either of the freshmen because Gurley was there, and Marshall was supposedly healthy...also, Sony may have been better at pass blocking early in the year, which we all know is the most important thing a freshmen RB can do according to CMR. If there is anyone in the fan base that would still start Sony over Chubb, there is no helping you at this point...you are terminally deficient in football smarts.

Chubb will be your game one starter barring injury and will carry the ball more than everyone else all season long, barring injury.
