Going to miss this guy! He was a lot better than people give him credit for.

He was a stud. One of the best that ever played for us. I will miss him, but I'm looking forward to the next evolution of the offense.

I'm gonna miss him. Great QB

I understand the excitement for JJ. I really do.
I just don't think people realize how much they're gonna miss NM.

There's a reason all of the Bama posters have said they're glad he's leaving.

BTW, Ricardo in your avi? Interesting choice

He was fun to watch. The fact that his absurd talent is not fully recognized, I think, is a testament to how fricking awesome Cam was.
Still, can't wait to see JJ.

Pure statistical comparison is pointless. You're talking vastly different offensive systems. Our system will ALWAYS make QBs look their "best". Mike Vick would put up better numbers in our system than Marshall did, Wilson as well easily.

Do you know if Mike Vick could run our offense? The only complaint I had with Nick was his accuracy on the intermediate routes. Other than that he was the guy you want running Malzahns offense. Our OL let us down a lot & put more pressure on him. If we have better protection for him we win a few more games.

I was captain of TeamNIck. We will miss him more than people know. Kid was clutch and that is not something that grows on trees

I feel bad that if we do well, people will downgrade what Nick did and what he meant for us.

NO way to downgrade what he did. He did not play on defense which is why we were not more successful while he was at QB. He did his job. And did it well.

Ya, but if our defense improves and we say win a NC, all the sudden he gets overshadowed

Why wouldn't he be able to run it? More dangerous runner, and a more natural passer. He'd be a freak in our offense.

He did all of that against sec defenses and future NFL players.
When the pocket broke down he was amazing in finding open players or running it.
He was very smart with the ball. Sounds like the pro day went well so it'll be interesting to see what NFL teams do.

If that defense could have held Jameis for one freaking drive...

Marshall had better touch on the ball than vick.

I like the choice. One curse battling another curse (#5 curse). Maybe we'll get some cross-cursetudes and they'll cancel each other out.

Some knucklehead team like the Jets will draft NM and the NY press will lose its shite.
