Kentucky fans: should Ark have gotten the tech for rim hanging?

if so shouldn't Kentucky have had one just 2 plays later in THIS GAME???. Ky held it longer than Arkansas' Kingsley did. (WAs it towns or WCS?) And he did it immediately after Arkansas' tech.
Didn't make a difference in the score blah blah. Just can't see how they called that one. Seems like that call unbelievably out of nowhere - have you seen one rim hanging T all year?

You can make an effort to avoid the players underneath you.
There wasn't a player anywhere underneath him. Towns got one against LSU this season (at a momentum changing point as well).

I think the one today was way more tech worthy than the Towns one at LSU. I think the Towns one was pretty iffy and I was pretty surprised LSU got that call. Even at home.

He didn't get a tech for hanging on the rim, he got it for pulling up on the rim.

Thanks but you're missing the point. The KY player held the rim TODAY about 2 plays after Kingsleys Tech.

Yes, Towns got called for it in the season and Cal lit his has up for it too. Actually, the call was not so much for hanging on the rim as he (and Towns as well) chin-upped on the rim.
Was not even close to comparison... geeeezzz
