At the lowest low I've been at in a while. What gets y'all out of ruts?

Young, strange poon.
Outdoor exercise.
Fly fishing and drinking extremely cold, good beer whilst doing it.
Drinking extremely cold, good beer whilst doing anything.

Maybe this will help:

Making myself move, like exercise, even if it's just walking. Endorphin thing is for real.

Also, talking to friends & family is really helpful, even if you don't talk about what's bothering you. Good friends always get me out of a funk. If you have a child, doing something with him/her works every time.

Doing something for others. There's always a friend, neighbor, or even someone you don't know who needs help with something. Seriously, one of the best ways to feel better yourself while helping someone else feel better.

Doing something creative whether it's cooking, working in the garden, drawing, painting, working on a project around the house, etc. Creating something or finishing a project gives me a sense of accomplishment, regardless of how small it is.

Honestly, for me, doing nothing only makes it worse. I might not feel like like doing anything at first, but I know if I just take the first step & get started, I'll feel better much quicker.

Eta - Drinking is the worst thing you can do, imho, fwiw, fyi, & ftr.

Yup. Snort drugs

ETA:

Uppers. Snort coke or molly
Don't snort downers like heroin or pain pills... Unless you want to. Idc

Go outside barefooted, take a deep breath, relaxe, pee in the back yard, rinse feet off, come back in.
Always makes me feel better.

@Diddy: A woman. Stupid to feel bad about, something I thought I grew out of years ago but I'm a fricking wreck. I'm losing it. Dumb, I know. I'll spare the details.
