So, not only does SAE not exclude blacks from frats, but they can also be the president.

There is definitely racism in some chapters at some schools. Unfortunately, it's not even really because the individual members are racist but because they feel the need to live up to a stereotype.

Are you denying that reverse racism is real? That's the same kind of mentality that was so prevalent before the Civil Rights era if not worse in many ways.
It's hard being melanin impaired these days. White men are the most oppressed group of people on the planet and it is not even debatable.

In a sense, yes. Racism is racism, whether it's whites towards blacks, blacks towards whites, Asians towards latinos, etc.
