I don't remember too many championships for Thunder and Lightning either, what's your point?

I'm intrigued.
I'd rather they profile Chris Jackson or Dale's teams from the 80s but Shaq works for me.
Dale has been a terrific ambassador for LSU basketball since 1972.
His first year as coach, he took purple and gold basketball nets and balls, along with a step ladder, and traveled the state, hanging nets on almost any naked rim he could find and giving young kids a LSU purple and gold ball to replace the thread barren balls they were playing with.
Some would argue it's crazy that Shaq has a statue at LSU but Dale has zilch.
