Once per day (early morning), unless I'm really tired and try to squeeze in a few more minutes of sleep, which isn't often.

I'll occasionally skip a day if its a day off and I don't work out or get out to do anything, but usually once a day.

Around 10. Sometimes twice per day, depending on gym time. Always at least once, unless deer hunting or camping.

Probably 10 cause I usually double up Friday / Saturday and occasionally during the week.
