Okay, good, 10-4.
So here's what I'm thinking.
CNB would you, and you choose who else, act as the contact person/people for whoever gets invited?
Also, we do not want to put the time or date we decide upon here on he board publicly - would prefer not to have anyone crashing our little get-together even though I'll probably go-ahead and have some security there.
So once this thing gets rolling we should be able to do it all by email if you would be willing to sort of be in charge of communications along with another volunteer perhaps?
I'll email you right now.
ETA: I'd like to be able to invite everyone, but this thing could get out of hand in a hurry and force us to move from the Cockaboose to a larger venue. I don't want that. I'd like to stick with as many of the regulars as possible though. I honestly and truly want to make sure not to offend anyone - I'm a little worried about logistics.

Since some of us are probably using emails we just made up recently, therefore, we don't check those regularly; I would recommend if an email goes out to everyone invited, to post something about the email blast in this thread. That way everyone gets a heads up to check that email account they used for this party.

CNB and I both had to get past some preplanned events in our lives ... him Tampa and me The Master, The Heritage and a couple of family obligations out of town.
