I agree
It's obvious he's completely in over his head.

I fairly indifferent on the subject at this point. If we want to give Ray the excuse of injuries, blah blah blah, then I'm fine. If he's gone for not improving really and nothing to look forward to in a big recruit, then that's okay too.
I don't blame him for the things that he can't help, like injuries, but there are blairing things that stand out like a lack of depth to keep our starters fresh. Also the complete inability to be able to in-bound the ball, far too many fouls putting the other team in the line, Etc etc.

I have run out of excuses when it comes to defending him. It is time.

Whether or not we all agree, it is not going to happen.

Well, if this is true, our AD has no business being in the position he's in. There is no possible way to think another year will be positive for our program, he needs to do his damn job and find us a basketball coach.

Why don't y'all get together some torches and pitchforks and go knock on his door then?

I think we should.

I think we should do a "Walk a mile in our shoes" campaign. Where participants have to walk a mile while listening to one of our basketball games.

Let's say you are Scott Stricklin. Who would you bring in? How would you do it? Put out feelers on the dl to perspective hires? Who out there could make a big enough splash to see us get semi instantaneous success?

Throw all you've got at Larry Krystkowiak. He won't be on the market for us if we wait another year and honestly he may not be this year. But there is no way we can't hire him from Utah.

I think he deserves a couple of more years.

Dan Muller. Just on name alone.
Former ole miss player Michael White at La Tech. That would be awesome.
seriously though, I have no idea. I can't believe I watched that game last night. Depressing.

Personally, I think he deserves one more year.

No way, I can't pronounce that last name.

They hired him after the 2011 season and 8 scholarship players transferred away. He started with absolutely nothing on the roster. They are 23-7 this season.

I think we need to take another shot at Bryce Drew. He was interested the last time the job was open but knew what a shite storm was about to go down and didn't take the job.
Brad Underwood is option 2 for me.
Third option would be Steve Masiello. Guy screwed up but has shown he can consistently win.
