The SEC will be a tough row to hoe as always. What are weaknesses and strengths of your team? I like the way Wes plays and wish him the best, except against us.I saw he had a bunt single!

Anything less than a World Series will be a dissapointment.

The SEC seems really young this season, so I bet Arkansas sneaks up on some teams it shouldn't beat. I'm definitely not pencilling in a sweep when LSU goes up to Baum soon

Are there going to be any Arkansas fans at the series this weekend against Vandy or will they all be at the SEC tournament downtown? Amazingly, all 3 games this weekend conflict with all 3 potential basketball games.

oh wow. That's who he was referring to? That's bad.

I would like some answers on Arkansas since we play them next week.

I know about spoon, benintendi, killian, etc but dont know anything about their newcomers.

We aren't great. Had our worst home non-conference loss in 15 years on Sunday when we lost 9-0 to Loyola Marymount.

However there is still talent on the team and we are deep as far as position players. We just got Killian back last Friday and are bringing him back slowly so I'm not sure how much he will pitch the next few weeks. Our bullpen isn't near as deep as it has been recently and that has been our downfall.

Rick Nomura is a juco newcomer at 2B from Hawaii that has been killing it so far. Prized recruit OF/DH Luke Bonfield has been a little disappointing. However our other big time recruit Keaton McKinney is our Sunday starter and will be a good one. 3B Bobby Wernes IMO is one of the best defensive 3B in the SEC and his bat has been a lot better this year. SS is still up for grabs with McAfee and Bernal battling it out.
