I don't consider it useless and would have created the thread anyway even if there were posts on it in the Spring thread because I feel a Kozan update, especially when it's a shift from previous reports, deserves it's own thread so more readers can see the update instead of getting lost in another thread. I do the same for any starter when the note is a change from previous reports. Just accept it.
