i love this 'season' too but i won't be all excited til sunday when the madness brackets are announced. if we were bubbling you could bet your arse i'd be all aflutter right now.

To be fair, the NCAA tourney is quite exciting to see.

I am a WAY bigger football fan than basketball fan, but those first 2 days are my favorite time of the sports year...Can't wait.
But college football is still king of the south so what do you expect...

It used to be. I've found myself not caring about college basketball as much as I did ten fifteen years ago. It's still fun though, but doesn't match my level of interest in college football these days.

I'm actually becoming opposite. Football games are way to fricking long these days. Too many commercials. It's hard to watch.

To be fair, UGA isn't really any good. Making the tourney = 6 win football season. It's cool for bad programs but let's not act like it means anything other than that.

The SEC is full of "6-6" type basketball teams. The NIT is 6-6 material
The NCAA tournament is more 8-4
