1. Should I buy it? $30.
2. Alabama is represented by a Bear Bryant character instead of an elephant. Strange.
3. Not sure if Tennessee is more of the same - is that Majors or a Daniel Boone type character?

1) Yes, buy it.
2) not sure I'd this answers why an elephant isn't used but just read this about Big Al
quote:

Melford Espey, Jr., then a student, was the first to wear an elephant head costume to portray the Crimson Tide's mascot in the early 1960s. Espey later became a university administrator and Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant asked him to take responsibility when student groups asked to resurrect the costumed mascot in the late 1970s.The "Big Al" mascot officially debuted at the 1980 Sugar Bowl, when the 1979 Alabama Crimson Tide football team beat the Arkansas Razorbacks. I like the effort for UT. "Hmmm just paint a generic old dude. Yeah that's it...now make him cross his legs like a bitch. Perfect."

Missed it. It was on one of those Facebook Yardsale things and someone else beat me to it while I was thinking about it. Still a neat piece - and I think $30 was low.

Little known fact that Tennessee's mascot used to be the "Homosexual Train Conductors". We are progressive like that.

The Vol seems like he's clinching back a peeking turtle head.

I have one of those except for the old southwestern conference. I'd buy an SEC one too.
