I think I saw that something like 10 SEC teams were ranked in the top 25 as of the other day.
1. LSU (1st time in their history. We took 2 of 3 from them last year & play them this year to end the season)
3. Florida
5. Bama (we play them & home)
8. UGA
9. AUBURN
13. Kentucky (We play them next @ home)
14. Tennessee (on our schedule)
19. Mizzou (on our schedule)
23. Texas A&M (on our schedule)
24. Mississippi St.
27. South Carolina (Surprised they did not make the top 25 after taking 2 of 3 from Tennessee.)
and we play a double header @ #10 FSU next Wednesday

FWIW when the new national polls come out Tuesday my conservative guess is AU will be #6 & #9.

The first NCAA RPI came out yesterday. Softball is siting nicely at #4. They play a doubleheader at #6 FSU tomorrow and a series @ #10 Mizzou this weekend.

Can we expect to compete for the NC this year if we are looking this good early...or at least be in the World Series?

We are playing in the toughest conference in college softball, though.
