Been on 'em for about a year & other than my lil' health scare last fall when my Doc changed my dosage it's been nothing but a good thing. I turn 60 in Nov. I'm on Lisinopril & Norvasc. Been walking EVERY day since, lost 35lbs. & my Doc declared my BP under control 2 weeks ago, she halved my dosage & doesn't wanna see me again for 6 months...

6mths ago my BP was 164 over 97, it's now 115 over 76. I feel better than I have in a LONG frickin' time....

Do what they tell you bro, It's worth it...

I plan to...walking around feeling dizzy and lightheaded sucks..they took my BP at the docs office today and it was 162/104

they gave me some clonidine and had me lay down for a few minutes and it lowered to 140/80. I went straight to the pharm first thing..

Was on Lisinopril for years. Had regular problems with upset tummy and dry hacking cough (like a smoker cough). Finally mentioned it to my doc and she said those were common side effects of Lisinopril. Moved me to Losartan 4 years ago and no more issues.

Lisinopril

I have been on it for about 3 years. No issue. I have dropped ton of weight, my doc pretty happy.
