I used to be the biggest Cardinals FB fan and then they left, then I jumped on the Rams in 1994....now they are probably gone... however this time around MU Football has taken my footbal Jones so I say.... Bye Rams, dont let the door hit you on the way out....

Thankfully do to the fact they play on separate days, I can continue to be a big fan of both.

I'm hoping that those same fans will now support Mizzou football by taking the short drive to Faurot. Could be a real blessing toward filling the stadium.

I do not think the NFL will let LA have THREE teams. The San Diego/Oakland Raiders proposal should satisfy both the NFL and LA

I know the Chargers/Raiders deal they're going to share a stadium. Was the Rams deal a different stadium and location??

Yes. The Rams have never come out and backed the Inglewood stadium. Hell, the Mayor of Inglewood even said there is no commitment for a tenant nor to actually build said stadium at this time.

Meanwhile in Carson CA....The Raiders and Chargers have officially announced deal to build stadium in LA.

Seems like a well orchestrated plan for the NFL to get brand new stadiums for 3 teams that needed them. One in St Louis and Raiders/Chargers in LA.

Is the Dome bad? I've never been inside of it. Don't they have suits and all the good stuff. Kind of remind me of ATL wanting a new stadium, their dome isn't all that bad either.

The dome is truly a dump. Easily the worst sporting venue I've ever been too, not that I've been to that many.

That dome is barely 20 years old, what a joke. I don't know the details of the new stadium, but is the state of Missouri going to have to pucker up their butthole to help pay for it?

The "tax" that supports the bonds is levied against hotels and rental cars. Unless the average Missouri citizen spends an inordinate amount of time staying in Missouri hotels and renting cars in Missouri the impact is very minimal to non existent.

That dome should have never been built. Not enough forward thinkers involved at the time quite frankly.

It really is. I was an original PSL holder. A couple of buddies and myself saved up money and got into some nose bleed PSL's. I shite you not, the first game there, we all said Busch stadium had a better atmosphere for football.

Train wreck from day one.

Understood, I believe that's how KC went about it with the Sprint Center.

If this new stadium happens it looks like it will have tons of on-site parking for tailgating.

The dome was just thrown up. It shows.

Place is a shite hole.

Hopefully the new stadium gets built and I can watch Mizzou play there!

I think the best thing to happen if the Rams leave for LA, St. Louis builds a new stadium, and the Raiders move here.

I say this because there is already a deeply passionate hated rivalry with KC Chiefs and Raiders.

You would see as much, if not bigger rivalry for St. Louis with KC as there ever was with Chicago in baseball.

btw- Growing up in KC, family season ticket holders, there is no way I'd ever root for the Raiders, but would be really fun seeing all the Chiefs red in St. Louis on gameday.

Different stadium and location. But the Raiders and Chargers have stayed in Southern California and have a fan base there. How many LA Rams fans are still around and would pony up PSL and season ticket money? If I was one of them I would not !!

It was doomed from the get go. The Pope was there and blessed it and that could not help it

Not being familiar with the Lou, I went to an AMA MX race there a few years ago. It's like they dropped a nice stadium in the middle of a dump with dirt parking lots and it's kind of a pain to get in and out of. Didn't seem real well thought out. I did like the stadium though.
