I think a big strength for Dykes and something that gives him an edge as far as recruiting is that he knows how to sell Arkansas. No question the guy can coach basketball and you could tell that when he called men's games on ESPN. From the little that I watched Arkansas this year I can see that he's great at getting his team to play to their strength while hiding deficiencies.

I like him a lot. I was skeptical that we just hired him for his name but he's already proven to me...he can coach.

I don't judge coaches on year 1 performance, good or bad. I remember when I thought Pel was taking us to the promise land
