I have literally never seen or noticed this before.
I know the Lady Vols use blue and do their own thing, but this was new to me.

I believe that logo has been in use for awhile now.

That's different. Most every team has a cap-letter logo. Ours is just an olde English A, but we still use the running Razorback.
