Sometimes they just have to be posted WG. If I have to lower myself to get the truth out I will make that sacrifice.

There needs to be a definition of rustling. I have been worked up many times before, but this really isn't one of them.

All I've done is respond to the question in the OP with my opinion (that, surprise! is different than yours). How coincidental is it that nobody else has accused me of being "rustled" aside from Auburn fans? I don't think it is a coincidence really.

I'm calm, not cussing, not calling anyone names. So please tell me...how am I rustled? I'm very anxious to hear.

The OP is kinda retarded and this thread is whatever, I'm sure Harshel is better. But the Georgia fans being worked up over the discussion is more interesting to me than the actual discussion

You talking to me?

I have always taken this approach towards the two. I jump in these just to stir the pot. HW has always been one of my favorite players to play football and dude looks like Hercules in his 50's.

Bo is the GOAT: MLB All-Star game and NFL Pro Bowl in the same year.

End of thread.

Everyone reading this can clearly see you're spelling his name wrong on purpose. Is that supposed to "get me"?

who is worked up? You really seem to let UGA get under your skin.

the actual discussion

I was actually contributing to the discussion. That is, before you started directing your posts towards me directly.

So which one of us is really worked up?

The fact you took this thread serious enough to make a case for Herschel Walker. Look at the OP. Really?

Let me get this straight.

I took a thread seriously enough to actually put forth thought and post out reasons to back up my opinion, to the question asked in teh OP, and that makes me rustled? That is why I am worked up?

That's what's wrong with the board. You can't even make serious posts anymore. If you aren't trolling 24/7 you're doing it wrong. And that's a shame.

The OP is unfortunately Alabama's version of Pondwater Jack, WRT, and Phat Phil rolled into one.

The fact you let my post saying you're rustled get you rustled.

Apparently you're having an off day so I'll just quit responding to you now.

Hopefully you're back to normal tomorrow.

Idk man shite is getting weird here. I feel like you're courting me on some kind of level. And I'm like half interested.

But no I honestly don't know how to spell his name. I'm sure I can take some accurate stabs though, but until I'm sure I'll go with Harshel

Shared a backfield with Marcus Allen and had a gruesome hip injury that basically couldn't be fixed back then. Pretty much the dumbest argument that could be made about Bo.

It is undeniable that Bo was extremely good at both sports he played. But to say he was the best "athlete" because of that is a little disingenuous. Herschel was involved in more sports at just as high (or some cases, much higher) level.

Are we not counting his track accomplishments anymore? If so, why?

It wasn't Bo's fault we got fricked by the polls in 1983. The resume that year was unmatched.

Bo Jackson was 19 when he started college and turned 20 during his freshman season.

Darren Mcfadden turned 18 just prior to his freshman season.

Darren Mcfadden was 20 years old when he finished his college career.

Herschel Walker was 20 years old when he finished his college career.

maybe Bo looked like a man among boys because he WAS a man among boys

Blind Comparison of running backs in their junior seasons.

Which one is better?

87 carries, 485 yards, 5.5 ypc, 5 TD

335 carries, 1,752 yards, 5.2 ypc, 16 TD

325 carries, 1,830 yards, 5.6 ypc, 16 TD

133 carries, 1,162 yards, 8.7 ypc, 11 TD

207 carries, 1,072 yards, 5.2 ypc, 8 TD

96 carries, 707 yards, 7.4 ypc, 8 TD

For those scoring at home..

Bo Jackson
Herschel Walker
Darren McFadden
Felix Jones
Michael Smith
Matt Jones (the fricking quarterback)

Bo Jackson is not the best in the SEC because he took 4 years to have a really great season.

His Career numbers through his first three seasons compared to Felix Jones:

Bo - 372 carries, 2,517 yards, 6.8 ypc, 27 TD

Felix - 386 carries, 2,956 yards, 7.7 ypc, 20 TD

Manziel is the GOAT, so who cares? Alabama has never had as good of a player as Bo, though. What does it matter? GOATs don't win Championships, teams do.
