You gotta throw some serious money to these kids... Everybody does it, they have to throw more because they don't have the history Bama has... Bama tosses money but can sell the history also...

Why would Alabama agree to this?

Obviously Bama realizes that their biggest competitor going forward is Texas A&M, so they're trying to hit them from within their own state.

Perhaps Nick should take pointers from Patterson on how to stop Ole Miss. He's pretty damn good at it.

7 out of the last 8 years, so has Nick. I think we can afford to wait and see what happens next year.

Apparently you don't read the board. Saban will have coached Texas, West Virginia, Atlanta, Dallas, and the US Men's Soccer team by the time we play in Oxford again in two years.

2. Have more than 50% of the stadium full during games.

So you're telling me Bryant-Denny is usually more full than this in 24-17 games in the 4th quarter?

Wasn't he actually disguised as Gary Patterson in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl so he could get his revenge on the Rebels? Just passing along what was told to me from my brother's friend's sister-in-law's second cousin's husband's step brother.

He was, but he had to leave early to meet someone in his special board room in the SEC offices in Birmingham to look into further rule changes to slow down the HUNH.

I heard the whole rule changes thing was a cover up. He knows how to stop the HUNH but in order to throw the scent off his trail, he's playing like he wants the rules changed. He's giving the HUNH coaches false hope and in two years he's going to unveil his master plan that he's been working on for 5 years. When he does that, HUNH offenses will never score so much as a field goal against Alabama ever again.

At least that's what I was told.

Bama will run the HuUp at least 50% of the time next year. It's the O of the future.

I enjoy your comments, and this was fun, but please do not ever mention "Alabama" and "field goal" in the same sentence. It is a very painful subject.

Saban knows how he hurt his children with that last second field goal attempt against Auburn but he knew it had to be done. He knew what would happen and knew he would catch some heat but it was essential to his current plan. In the long run, Kick 6 is going to reap huge benefits for Bama and all Auburn will have is one memory of beating Alabama in incredible fashion. But in reality, it was given to them by Saban as a false gift.

Kick 6 is only one instance. Hardcore Bama fans have been having nightmares about our kicking game for several years.

He turned into a great kicker later on, but that Arkansas game almost ended his career. It probably helped that his father was a Bama legend.

Can't believe Leigh was an All-American his senior year.
