Why do people go on mission trips instead of helping the local poor places? I am sure there are a few bad places in Miss. that need help. I think it is for attention.

I don't disagree, but would it be ok if Freeze were of another faith. I guarantee you Christian OM fans would be splitting atoms and all kinds of suits would be filed.

yeah....just like there are bad places in every state that needs help.
Problem is local areas ARE given help and chances. Most times, they don't want it. They would rather be given fish than taught how to fish.
These 3rd world countries likely have NEVER been given any help. That's why they're going down their to teach them how to get fresh, clean water....instead of us just offloading crates of bottled water.

Yeah, Freeze should definitely not help build a village, but should go flip over a spoon of beef stew ever 10 seconds at the local soup shop.

I'm a Christian and an OM fan. I don't try to link the two together. I'm also not one of the numerous Southerners who think all muslims are spawns of satan and are taught to murder us from birth.
I don't care that Freeze is doing all of this in the name of Christianity. I care that he's doing this because it's good for humanity.....regardless of what religion he's representing...
....unless it was for Scientology like that Goddamned Darn Merlins.

I'll never rip a person for their faith. To answer your question, you're saying Freeze is getting ripped by other faiths in regards to his faith because they don't believe in his beliefs. Freeze is getting ripped by fans for being "a fake christian who does it for the spotlight." That's completely different, as one is not seeing eye to eye on an issue, while the other is calling a person a liar.
It's an argument not worth arguing though. If Freeze was the HC at MSU, OP would be saying the same things that OM fans are right now.

I'm a christian as well. I see nothing wrong with Freezus professing his beliefs on a public stage every chance he gets. That is exactly what the liberals do. Trying to force something on someone because it is what you believe is also what liberals do and is certainly not christian

If Freeze ends up not working out for Ole Miss, he could make a lot of money in public relations. This mission trip idea is going to be incredible fap material for parents with recruits considering Ole Miss

Except both are phony is hell. Freeze is just gonna go hit on young Haiti teens while Swag will be scoring some fine Haiti narcotics. What's bad is they believe nobody sees thru their shite.
