Unfortunately, I think all strong-armed young QBs love turnovers. Not sure Park would be an improvement there.

I think strong-armed young QBs believe they can throw through tight coverage. Strong-armed mature QBs recognize WHEN to throw through coverage.

Whether it is Park or Ramsey, the question is how fast he matures.

I just don't have confidence in a kid to pick apart a college defense who refers to his girlfriend as " baby girl" while he heads over to his Boyz crib to be dumbin...

Maybe another year with our coaches will convince him he's Caucasian?

Didn't you put eyes on him in the State Championship a few yrs back? Impression?

I did and I have to say I wasnt wowed. He made it that far on raw athleticism. IF he grows up and figures it out, he has the physical tools. You cant fake it in the SEC at QB.

Would not be a loss by any means.

I don't think linguistics will be a determining factor in whether Park wins the qb job. He was an honor student in high school, so he should be smart enough. That's been verified by multiple players and coaches praising his ability to pick up the schemes, including Hutson Mason.

Why do you say that? Are people really that upset with this kid because of the way he talks? I've seen some illogical things on football boards, and this discussion falls into that category.

Well, I'm willing to let his actions on and off the field be the determinant of those characteristics. But, if trivial things written on the internet were a good indicator of maturity, then some of those criticizing Jacob Park might want to take a long look in the mirror.

Ah, croot, the sanity and overall genius of the board. Actually, you kind of remind me of monteg.

Yall do realize those tweets were in like 2013 or something? I can bet all of us were pretty immature in high school. Some worse than others and some never grow out of it. I'm not going to judge a guy on tweets he made during his senior year in high school.

Agree, plus I don't really GAS what anyone tweets as long as they're good at football. He could tweet out heil hitler and I wouldn't bat an eye as long as he can make downfield progressions and limit turnovers.
