Is Billy Donovan the best coach ever at a basketball "not first" school?

I was looking over the season results so far and then started looking at his entire time at UF and could not think of another coach that has accomplished more at a "non-basketball" school.
2 NC won
1 NC lost
2 other Final Fours
Lots of Elite 8s
14 of 19 years made the NCAA
6 SEC Championships
4 SEC LOLOL Tournament Championships
Recruits the right way (only one old fool accused him of cheating)
Never had games vacated
Is of high character and represents the University with class
Can you think of another coach not at basketball school that has accomplished more? Is he the GOAT at a "non-blueblood" school?

Absolute yes. I think Billy is actually the best coach in all of college basketball right now because of that. You are also missing a finals appearance. 2000 yall lost in the championship

Tom Izzo at Michigan State could probably give him a run for his money.

The only two years in his whole stint at MSU that he's missed the NCAA Tournament was his first two (95-96, 96-97). He's been to the tournament every year since.

Roy accused him of cheating to get Miller.

Maybe not more but with similar results was whoever was coaching at Ohio St. in the 60s.

Also I think Miller visited in January and everyone was in shorts. Being from ND I think that was a big selling point
Teddy the Pothead is still one of my all time favorite SEC players.
I hate UF more than any school ever. But those two were damn fun to watch

This catastrophe of a season really tarnishes his record but he's still pretty legit.
Finishing with a losing record is pretty piss poor if you've developed that kind of program.
