There are plenty of things I could discuss with you about football, and factors which influence the game. I can assure you that my logic is solid on this. I understand the game plenty, but I also could not care less how LSU does. I was simply pointing to the facts about the difference between your 2011 and 2014 teams.

Do not paint me as a fool, for I am not one.

Your posting proves otherwise and that's all I have to go on, unfortunately.

Except for the PPG, or the wins, or the fact that one QB was out due to suspension, or the TD/INT ratio's.

lol... y'all are funny. A&M has the best QB and receiving corps in the SEC. I was hoping we would get a new OC, but that didn't happen. But we needed a great DC, and that did happen. I'm at a loss as to how you all think AU will be considerably better than they were last year and TAMU will digress.

We have arguably an equal amount of talent on D and more talent on O. No way A&M comes in less than third in the west next year. With the experience coming back, I believe we can win it.

The delusion is strong in this one.

Didn't Captain Brannigan make up that nickname?

If so, congratulations on stealing something from the most pessimistic Auburn fan on the interwebz.

Now, look up the special teams scores, defensive scores

y'all had 9 td's between punt returns, KO returns, int.'s & fumble returns so thats 63 non offensive points directly scored in '11 by the "D" & "ST's"... Def. above average stats...

Exactly. That doesn't include the numerous times the defense and/ or special teams gave the offense the ball and plus territory.

ETA: To compare, LSU had three TDs scored by defense and/or special teams this year, and very few turnovers in opponents territory.

You've never come in higher than third

If your defensive talent is equal to that of last year's unit, then they suck.

Here's the only tier system that matters in the SEC, and I think most of you will agree:

Tier I
frickLSU®

TierII
frick all the rest of y'all

Agreed?

Our 2011 team had 9 td's scored "against" us the same way plus 1 fake punt & 3 fumble/int recoveries against us that resulted in another 20 points in the red zone...

Thats 83 non "D" points we allowed in '11 & we only gave up 288(14 gms) for the year(20.6pt/game). Course y'all killed us in Atlanta, but it's a wonder we won 10 games that year...

Name me one SEC QB you'd take over Kyle Allen and a three receivers you'd take over Speedy Noil, Josh Reynolds and RSJ.
