Is he really leaving the team to focus on school?

Never said he had the most potential but he is the only LB we had that could play the run and wasn't out of position consistently.

Perfect example of confirmation bias. How many snaps did Swain play? Easy to say that he "wasn't out of position" when he barely got on the field. Have him play every snap on a shite defence like Frost/McKinzy and then tell me how he compares.

Frost can't play the run. If you are an unmolested LB in the play hole, that play should either be over or bounced outside. Frost is consistently a deer in headlights and doesn't fill the gap properly.

Cass McKinzy is the exact opposite. That kid can play lights out when playing things right but the kid frequently makes poor reads and is out of position. He is ELtoro Freeman 2.0

** Frost's game is elite minus this flaw. If he just gets above average, he is All SEC caliber with his other tools he brings to the table.

Don't forget that Swain was in some type of trouble last year too before the season started

Didn't he miss spring practice?... sounds like an academic eligibility situation. Regardless, losing him shouldn't be a big deal... an average player with one year left and not much upside at this point.

Medically disqualified from continuing football. Phillip Marshal announced he is going to do a nice piece about Swain's inability to get his knee back 100% and how he wanted look out for his future.

War Blogle will put out some tweets about how it is ridiculous to listen to doctors and how he should compromise his health for War Blogle's entertainment

So it was that knee injury that was aggravated against Arky that has something to do with this?
