Depth chart (D line rotation) is going to be better. Recruiting has been pretty solid in this area.

Just because you say it isn't doesn't make you correct either...

Really? Chavis and these new personnel have played a game? I must have missed it. Everything is speculation for you guys at this point.

According to our bayou friends, Aggies are delusional to think they can improve over last year with better talent on defense and better schemes on both offense and defense?

You're comparing optimism about an upcoming season from a fan's point of view to what was said about facts that have already taken place. It's not even close to being the same thing.

And no one wants you to have patience for anything. I've never gotten this thought process. "You need to realize" or "You need to understand" etc etc it's just a lazy way of saying hey my opinion is right and yours is wrong so please think a different way so you can then agree with me. Most LSU fans don't want patience for anything regarding our QB we would like a different one all together to play

We played a lot of true freshmen on D last year. Now they are more experienced, better conditioned, and more physically developed. That's not speculation.

It has merit in some situations where the other person is OBVIOUSLY trapped in tunnel vision and they need a fresh perspective. I always hear it as "you need to understand, on this one thing there can be no compromise."

I never said it wasn't. LSU has plenty of uncertainty of our own. This entire thread is dumb and I hate the off season...

Semantics might not be your thing. LSU QB play from either one was awful, and your fans keep saying that it will get better by going back to the other one. Why is that?

That also doesn't mean they will be improved. They are about to have to learn a new scheme just like LSU's defense.

So who is really delusional?

The ones who think that only aggies can improve, and not LSU.

I guess having a junior QB with a year of starting experience under his belt, and a sophomore with playing time is no better than a true sophomore QB with two starts under his belt - none at home, and a true freshman, and an OC in only his second year at the school.

...Let's go ahead and leave Fournette and Guice out of the conversation...

I mean there's absolutely no way LSU can improve on the offensive side of the ball, right?

Well the non-QBs looked ready to play next year. Maybe LF can get better, but that is scary.

For QBs it comes down to how much Cam and the gang ruined the development of that sophomore. Maybe he will be gangbusters, in a year they can't do that much damage.

Instead of losing money every week betting NCAA for the last 4 weeks of the season I just bet the LSU team total under. I had no hope for our offense given the QB. I never personally said either one would improve. I hoped they would. Because I'm a fan. I could guess why they said that though. Jennings was the worst rated passer in the NCAA. Literally. So I'm assuming they thought it wasn't possible for the other guy to be worse. I'm not even sure what you are arguing at this point. Work is over later losers just kidding the loser comment was only directed at spirit of aggie but I meant it with all due respect so you can't get mad

No, neither did I. But it kind of has a rolling around in the mud with Arkansas feel to it, so there's that.

The question is will A&M improve more on defense than LSU improves on offense.

Either way it's going to be another dogfight this November. I'm looking forward to it.

Don't tell anyone, but I really enjoy having both A&M and Arkansas in the league.

God, this thread is like a cripple fight between two fanbases with Napoleon Complex.

Sure..except only one fan base has seen their team play for 3 National Championships (and win 2) within the past 12 years. Other than that...great analogy.
