I hope we keep our current unis. I like them. Only change I would make is maybe the strip down the leg different.

I doubt there will be a change. Its too late to sign with a different company and have everything in place by fall practice. I haven't seen the contract, but I do believe it expires June 30, 2015. But I forgot where I read (probably TA a while back) that the contract was extended for 1 year until 2016.

But again, it could be very possible we switch out of nowhere. Adidas screwed themselves by giving Michigan full flagship status. If Adidas gives us a deal that is higher than Michigan current contract, then they have to match it for them. Its partly one of the reasons why Notre Dame made the switch. Signing with Adidas would have only made their rivals richer.

Surprised it took this long honestly. I figured it would happen right after last season but I guess he wanted to try to earn some PT in spring ball one more time?

think he wanted to see how he'd do with a fresh start with a new WR coach. Turns out Moorehead didn't care for WRs that can't catch either as he wasn't in the 2-deep at end of spring

Lucky 2013 strikes again!

Is Manning going to be back?

Sucks to hear that, Quiv has talent, just couldn't quite put it together completely. Only Tabuyo and RSJ left from 2013 at WR, damn.

Quiv got early oppertunities and didn;t capitalize. 2 years in and he still isn't making gains in the size department. He likely wasn;t getting much PT in an offense that runs out 5-8 guys game.

Yeah what a shite show that 2013 class turned out to be, and it's not over. I always liked Quiv though and wanted him to succeed. Oh well, best of luck to him.

yep. When you are going to be a JR and you aren't in the 3-deep, much less the 2-deep, that is littered with FR/SO, you probably ought to look around. On top of that, he's not even in the discussion on ST as Speedy, Harvey, Evans, and Kirk are all clearly head and shoulders above him as a return man and he's useless at any other spot

The writing has been on the wall for a while tbh. He just decided it was time after his post-spring eval. I won't be surprised at all to hear of 1-2 more in the next day or so

I'd rather not speculate tbh. But there are a few guys that are buried like Quiv that are upperclassmen. And they are being/will be told where they stand this week. Some will take that as motivation to work harder and some will likely transfer.

It seems kinda obvious that some of the defensive players would find themselves on the outside looking in with the new scheme.

Are there post-spring depth charts posted?

I'll be the a-hole and speculate:

Jonathan Wiggins
Tavares Garner
Alex Sezer

Those are the top 3 candidates.

Garner will likely play this year. Sezer.....likely the next if I had to guess. Wiggins is a kid who's capable of playing if we're hurt at linebacker again.
