I know there's at least two of you out there besides me.
Anyways. My hair lays flat on my head when it's really cold outside. Is there anyway to get some "bounce" to it? I'm not sure if "bounce" is the correct term. I just want something that will keep it from laying flat.
I don't want to stick anything in my hair that looks greasy or makes it stiff as a board. TIA.

After you wash it blow dry it immediately use a bit of fiber. Dont use much, put it on our finger tips rub it through all your hair so its not just on top. Then style your hair.

i just changed my hair style 2 weeks ago and bought one at target for literally like $17. You are a guy you dont need a nice one because your hair is short. It takes me like 1-2 min tops to use it.
