sincere answer, during the 2012 election we had numerous reports that Romney looked to have the edge in October. Constant Cough began putting "it's done, it's over" repetitively. then Josh Chamberlin who was on the inside of Romney's staff, legitimately believe that Romney's people thought they were going to win. It gave the pubs hope and then Barry crashed them down in November.
"XYZ's done, It' over" has maintained.
