Why would he leave? He's well compensated here and has Mizzou as one of the elite programs in the country.
He was the first Olympic sports coaches to get a multi-year contract at Mizzou.

I honestly think it depends on the new AD. Alden did a pretty good job with the Olympic sports, and the coaches really like him. Alma Maters are always in play.
