He was Alabama's DC in 2007. Gave up 22 points per game. The worst since Saban has been at Alabama. Kirby Smart is giving up an average of 13 points per game over a span of 7 years. Steele is a decent recruiter though.

Steele is horse shite. LSU could've done so much better. There will be many LSU melts throughout next year's season.

Their defense will not be very good at all. There is just no way around it. Steele is an ok position coach and good recruiter, but as far as coaching an entire defense and scheming for games he is a disaster.

Obviously I'm biased but I think our defensive talent can make a mediocre DC better and take pressure as whole off him....plus 22 avg isn't bad either

Steele will do very well.
He will also be coaching at LSU long after Donut Boy has been run off from TAMU.

I just think any LSU fan that think Steele is going to magically be a great DC because he is at LSU, are delusional. Ellis Johnson had the same issues at Auburn that he had at Alabama 15 years earlier.

Kevin Steele and Cam Cameron. 2 horrible coordinators with a horrible HC, Les Miles. Wht a god awful coaching staff. At least they still have Frank Wilson to get recruits, so they arent vandy

John Chavis was all they had going for them. Now they are a complete catastrophe. The Curley Hallman days are back on the horizon.

You all say this shite, but when Alabama played someone decent they did not blow the world down last year with their defense.They are supposed to have the best. Ohio State certainly made them look like a joke!!!
