GOAT in football and average at everything else, or decent in everything and greatest at nothing? Tough choice really

You must talking about Notre Dame? I guess you could be talking about Princeton, Ohio State, or even Michigan. Who is this GOAT you speak of?

Now LSU winning 6 (REAL) CWS National Championships in 25 years is GOAT worthy.

I mean y'all have a storied history but all the cheating and claiming like 8 extra championships really diminishes your chances of undoubtedly being called the GOAT.

Alabama is easily the GOAT in football. LSU isn't even in the discussion, in any sport.

That can't be correct. Counting only regular season titles for basketball and baseball?

yes. If a team has already solidified its postseason spot, they rest starters for the conference tourney. Take 2000 for example, arky finished the basketball season 2 games under .500 in conf play but won the sec tourney title. Winning the tourney title is in no way an sec title, just sec tourney champ.

Baseball won regular season titles in 2002 and 2003. And tournament title in 2006

Its the other way around. Reg season title in 06. Sec tourney champs 2002&2003.

And two gay guys will tell you dick is best but doesn't mean it's correct.

One trick pony, or numerous national championships in multiple sports and a dynasty?

As for Bama being GOAT in football...

I hate, make that LOATHE Notre Dame but they have a MUCH more historic history/place in College football than Alabama.

Running this shite....? Really?

owns the goat conference

come again? Bama has had some good fortune in football with the rematch, and then drawing Notre Dame, and also knocking out the starting qb against Texas....

However, Bama hardly owns the SEC. Since 2000, LSU has won more SEC Titles than Bama has....so tell me, how exactly does bama own the SEC? I'm sure Auburn and Florida are right up there as well.....

Alabama IS the SEC. You're lucky you're allowed in.

That attitude worked out well for Texas.

Yes really, nevermind the 3 bcs titles in that stretch as well. That's as many national titles as lsu has in it's history.

The claim was that Alabama runs the conference... so I used conference championships as a measuring stick. Seems logical, no?

By all means do, nobody comes close to our conference championships in football, nobody!
