28.7, but that doesn't factor in the amount of muscle mass that I'm carrying around. Unfortunately, my life insurance company charges me the obese rate because of it.

Last year, which was the last time I checked, it was around 23. I still weigh the same.

Insurance companies should never use standard BMI to determine if someone is obese. Skin-fold testing is more accurate and inexpensive ( I think it should be a part of your yearly physical).

Crazy to think that 5'11 185 is considered over weight using the standard bmi chart.

I got up to that size once. People started calling me chubby. I agreed and changed my diet.
