Something bad just happen in Oxford?

Just had the traffic light at university/Lamar stopped by a cop car.. Then two cop cars went flying by, followed by an ambulance, followed by an unmarked grey maxima flashing his inside light.. Then the stopping car hauled arse into his car and took off with them towards the hospital

I think he's talking about the cop who was stopping him. So a road block and then the road block car left and followed the other cars.

I agree for the most part. I met him my sophomore year. Three years later, and having never spoken to him again, I was walking by the library towards the Circle. He was passing by and stuck his hand out and said, "Mr. Jukin-It's been a long time. How are you doing?"
I saw him speak at William Carey a few months ago. Helluva a speaker.
