Those altitude masks are no freaking joke. I got one and tried to wear it during my workouts for a bit and it about killed me. I just went back to wearing a weighted vest. I can't stand the feeling of not being able to breath fully. It was claustraphobic almost. My wife had a panic attack while trying it and she's in twice as good shape as I am. It's a pretty wierd sensation so it's not for everyone.

Hopefully, they included this just to try and make the video look "cool".....and aren't actually using this gimmick....

When the training fad of wearing masks while working out to restrict your breathing passes, they should market this gimmick to those weirdos that choke themselves while masterbating....
