Why yes. A recruit commits to and signs with LSU.
LSU subsequently contacts said signed recruit to explain the registration and check-in/move-in procedures.
LSU subsequently finds out said committed recruit had secretly decommitted before this routine contact was made, without telling LSU.
Said recruit then signs with another school and RIGHT AFTER LSU is given sanctions by the SEC by SELF-REPORTING this, Said recruit tweets "Roll Tide.
I can certainly see how Miles "cheated"....

Ask yourself the reverse, why would the SEC keep a sanction imposed if the NCAA committee, which made the rule, finds no wrong doing. That would then open up an appeal process for the SEC sanction given by the SEC in which at that point the NCAA would get involved again

No way any coach in America would have brought this on themselves intentionally.
Bad rule and needs to be changed.
I have never been a fan of other schools intentionally trying to screw over rivals by letting recruits lie.
It degrades the SEC as a whole and sends the wrong message to teenagers.
Games are played on the field.
Integrity should always be a part of the strongest conference in college football.
No way any coach in America would have brought this on themselves intentionally.

My daughters boyfriend had my iPad when she was using it to study. I couldn't give a crap about this. It won't amount to any major concerns anyway.
He is usually a smart fellow but now I am kind scratching my head
