It couldn't have happened at a worse time for LSU fans. Saban has achieved the fourpeat over LSU, Landon Collins is going to the draft and most LSU fans still aren't over him spurning Louisiana, and now this. I'm almost starting to feel bad for you. Almost.

I agree. He should have at least smiled for the picture.

How about you read what you just wrote and then GFY! "Committed" should mean something. I say frick those that would teach their kids otherwise. That includes you!

Should Arden Key have stayed committed to South Carolina?

I'm not happy about that either, but that had nothing to do with Bama either.

No, but this smells like Kiffin tactics.

LSU does seem to be getting fricked by the SEC quite often lately, though.

It's ridiculous.

Would you stay committed if your head coach said he's obly going to be there 2-3 more years?

I'm just trying to figure out when a commitment should mean something. Are Sione and Maea Teuhema character risks because they decommitted from Texas? Should their parents have taught them to value commitment?

Does this statement apply to them?

First off...don't even mention Arden Key in the same post as the kid that you signed. Key was pursued by every school in the country and rightly so. Womack probably wanted Bama all along but I doubt he had a committable offer. Once he committed to LSU, Saban would try to take him just to frick with us. In the end, we signed a much better OL prospect anyway.

Why is NO ONE surprised that this issue has Bama right in the middle? I have a feeling there will be more drama coming from this family. I'm hoping he bring trouble to the Gumps.

I always find it funny when people link an article written by a moron. These sanctions were not handed down by the SEC, they are simply upholding a NCAA rule that was self reported by LSU's compliance dept. The NCAA will conduct its own investigation and have the final say. These so called sanctions are not written in stone yet. Even if it is found to be a violation, LSU can still appeal any ruling by the NCAA.
